Why NEXO exists
Bills arrive by post, by email and as app notifications. Deadlines sit in contracts, appointments on your phone, receipts in your wallet. Anyone with a job, a family to organise, or simply a lot going on quickly loses track – and often only notices at the reminder letter.
That's exactly why we built NEXO: a calm place where everything comes together. NEXO tells you what matters right now, what can wait, and how much will be left until your next payday.

What matters to us
European data protection
Your data is stored in European data centres and processed under Swiss data protection law and the GDPR. Your customer data never goes to US providers, and we never sell data.
No bank connection needed
NEXO doesn't need access to your bank account. You decide for yourself what data you bring in.
You stay in control
NEXO suggests, you decide. Nothing is booked, paid or sent without your confirmation.
How your bank data gets into NEXO – without a bank connection

Open your e-banking as usual and download your bank statement – as camt.053, CSV, Excel or PDF. Every Swiss bank offers this.

In NEXO, open "Finance" → "Import bank statement" and select the file.

NEXO shows a preview, detects duplicates and matches payments to known bills. You check and accept with one click.

You can also scan bills or forward them by email. To pay, NEXO creates a payment file that you upload in your e-banking.
Security from third parties
- Encrypted transmission and storage, login with two-factor or passkey.
- Storage and AI processing in the EU; AI models from European providers.
- Data export as an encrypted .nexo file that only NEXO can read.
- You can delete your account and all data yourself at any time.
