Select and delete multiple reminders safely

On web and mobile, filtered reminders can be selected together. Only an explicit confirmation deletes the selected entries.

How to proceed

  1. 1Open Reminders and narrow the list with search, type, or status.
  2. 2Choose Select all visible or mark individual reminders with the selection control.
  3. 3Check the displayed number and switch between Upcoming and Past if needed without losing your selection.
  4. 4Choose Delete selection and review the exact count in the confirmation dialog.
  5. 5Choose Delete permanently only when every marked reminder should be removed.

Important

Bulk deletion is limited to 450 reminders belonging to your account per operation, checks ownership on the server, and cannot be undone after confirmation.
