How to proceed

  1. 1Use a unique, long password and never share it with another person.
  2. 2Set up a passkey or second factor in Security settings. To use SMS MFA, verify your phone number, choose Enable MFA, confirm the SMS code, and verify the second factor at your next password sign-in.
  3. 3Review devices, sign-in methods, and notification permissions regularly. Always sign out on shared devices.
  4. 4Use Privacy, Imprint, and Support when you have questions about data processing, access, or a security incident.

Important

Support will never ask for your password, full card details, or security codes.
