Manage sign-in, email links, and passwords safely

Use only NEXO sign-in pages and email links you expect. Support can never collect a password or security code for you.

How to proceed

  1. 1On the web, sign in with email and password or Google. On nexo.report the web sign-in also offers passkeys; an already configured SMS MFA challenge can appear during password sign-in.
  2. 2On mobile, email/password and Google sign-in are available. Open the web sign-in link for complete password recovery and web-specific security flows.
  3. 3At web sign-in choose Forgot password and enter only the email address of your own account. NEXO sends a language-aware recovery link to that address; Support does not reset a password through chat or email.
  4. 4Open an expected link on the NEXO web page. It checks the link and, for a valid reset link, lets you set and confirm a new password. Expired or invalid links must be requested again.
  5. 5The same web action page processes a valid email-verification link or a link to recover an email change. Follow such a link only when you started or expected the related action.
  6. 6Use a long, unique password, sign out on shared devices, and review a passkey or second factor in Security settings when the option appears for your account.

Important

NEXO Support never asks for a password, passkey private material, security or SMS code, recovery link, full card number, or bank data. For an incident, share only a redacted description and approximate time.
