Use attachments and voice input in the assistant

Use text, images, files, and voice input only for information needed for the current question.

How to proceed

  1. 1Start a new conversation or choose an existing history. Ask a specific question about NEXO data or a feature.
  2. 2You can add files up to 10 MB, images up to 5 MB, and voice recordings up to 10 MB or five minutes. Review the attachment before sending.
  3. 3In protected NEXO mode, your message and only the NEXO information needed for the answer are processed within NEXO server functions. No external AI is used. Do not send passwords, security codes, or full payment data.
  4. 4Always review suggestions and navigation yourself. On mobile, quick actions can prepare an entry; they never initiate a payment. In a future private model pilot, every requested change remains a draft: review the preview and confirm it in a separate NEXO action.

You can manage or delete chat histories. Assistant answers do not replace binding tax, legal, financial, or health advice.
