How to proceed

  1. 1Included per month: Free 10, Plus 100, Family 250. They renew on the first of the month.
  2. 2Credits used: precise answer 1, expert analysis 5, voice input 3 per voice message, document recognition on the Free plan 2 (Plus and Family: included).
  3. 3Packages: 150 credits CHF 5, 500 credits CHF 12, 1,500 credits CHF 29. Purchased credits are valid for 24 months from purchase.
  4. 4The month's included credits are used first, then the oldest purchased ones.

Important

If an AI request fails, the credits are automatically refunded.
